The user declares to have read and understood every clause herein. If you do not accept these terms, you are requested to discontinue using the Website.

2. Online Reservations

  • Availability: The online reservation service is subject to real-time availability. Each request requires a final confirmation, which will be sent via email or communicated by phone by our staff.

  • User Data: To guarantee the service, the user must provide accurate data (Name, Email, Phone number). The Osteria reserves the right to cancel reservations based on clearly incorrect or unverifiable information.

  • Cancellations and Modifications: The user is responsible for managing their reservations. Any changes or cancellations must comply with the timeframes specified during the booking process.

  • Guarantee: For special events, holidays, or large groups, Osteria del Santo reserves the right to require a credit card pre-authorization or a security deposit, which will be clearly communicated prior to finalization.

3. Gift Cards and Vouchers

  • Usage: Electronic or physical Gift Cards have a monetary value redeemable exclusively at the Osteria for restaurant services.

  • Validity and Expiration: Specific terms (validity period, any restrictions on set menus or events) are communicated at the time of purchase. Once expired, the remaining credit can no longer be used or refunded.

  • Voucher Protection: The user is required to keep Gift Card codes with the utmost care. Osteria del Santo is not responsible for and will not replace lost, stolen, or unauthorized third-party used vouchers.

4. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on this Website (including text, photographs, logos, design, menu descriptions, and software code) is the exclusive property of Osteria del Santo or its licensors. A limited, revocable license is granted solely for personal viewing of the content. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of the material without explicit written consent is prohibited.
